Today was my 4th radiation treatment. Treatments still feel the same. Luckily, not too painful.
After radiation, I went to meet Dr. Hanes, my new pain management doctor. Apparently, a new Florida law passed in 2018 only allows the surgeon to proscribe pain meds for three months post-operation. So after three months, a pain management doctor must take over your medication. He was very friendly and spent a lot of time with me going over my current meds and possible new meds.
After the Dr. appointment, I took my friend Cheryl & mother-in-law Pat for lunch. The entire St. Johns county police department was in the restaurant. I think mamma Pat really enjoyed checking out the officers. LOL
I came home & took a 3-hour nap. I’m probably not going to be able to sleep tonight.
Naps are so awesome!!!

Praying for you Paula!!!!! You are a fighter and you are going to kick this cancer’s ass!!!! 😘😘
Naps are the best thing in the
Word.
Spanish talking!
Paula, I had no idea!
Praying fervently for a full and speedy recovery.
You got this!
I pray that your body will be strong and manage the pain well so that you will need only minimal pain meds. So cool that the St John’s Police Dept members were eating at the same restaurant. Better yet is that they were easy on the eyes, I read between the lines. LOL.
Anyway, keep up the fight. Singing 🎶 I’m a Believer 🎶!
