Currently, as a Communications Coordinator for The Center for Instruction and Research Technology, I work closely with Associate and Assistant to develop annual strategic communication plans as well as individual project briefs, overseeing implementation. Part of our communication plan included a writing style guide focusing on clear and concise writing for the web and our target audience. In addition, I proposed and implemented a redesign of our email marketing newsletter, increasing our click to-open rate by 6%.
